And among those the Greens see as oppressors are the Jews. Never in my adult life have I come across antisemitism in a major Australian political party – although it is rampant on the left of the British Labour Party. Our greatest general was Jewish, our first Australian-born governor-general was Jewish, and some of our greatest scientists, lawyers, doctors and businessmen have been Jewish. Surely most Australians deeply admire the contribution Jews have made to our country. Not the Greens. It is the only party that has refused to accede to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism....
